I've smoked some beef with a NEW"that chef" rub and recipe. Smoked it for 4 hours and after I did a cast iron steam with it. In a "that chef" marinate with home smoked bell pepper, cardamom and cinnamon for another 4 hours. Served wit a keto friendly rice containing yellow carrot. My parents came for dinner and my dad, also an colleague chef, found it was amazing, so keep an eye at the site since we're not far from giving away our secrets. Might be doing some more home dinning too!
